        Warranty Policy

        Valid warranty claims should be processed through your point of purchase during the first thirty (30) days after purchase.

        In the event that you need to return your purchase products for repair or replacement, NTS will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) as well as return instructions. Do not return your product without prior approval from NTS.

        Products Lost or Damaged During Transit: The original packaging material should be used to pack the product for return; if the original packaging is not available, you should use packing materials that provide the same. All packages that arrive with any external damage or appear inadequately packed will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense

        Return Shipping

        Returns/exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number included on the shipping label. Please do not write your RMA number on the box. To obtain an RMA Number, contact customer service.
