  • Act as the lead for the translation of business objectives and requirements into functional solutions

We are currently looking for RMA Technicians to work for Enterprise Server Group. This person also acts as the 1st level of technical support; providing technical customer service to both Public Sectors & commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities:

RMA Responsibilities:

  • Documents RMA problems and coordinates with the customer to arrange for the necessary replacement, repair or credits; Co-ordinate with customer regarding repair, following organizational procedures regarding RMAs.
  • Receive RMA products and inspect them to ensure all parts have been received.
  • Troubleshoots return products to determine exact cause of the problem.
  • Ensures that all transactions, problems or issues are entered in the appropriate NTS systems.
  • Keep technical training up-to-date with new advances and changes made to NTS systems & IT related products.
  • Attend technical training sessions as announced
  • Become familiar with organizational processes, as RMA department requires communication with all departments.
  • Ensure that customers are serviced quickly, efficiently.
  • Screens calls from customers to ensure the calls related to RMA or Technical related matters.
  • Follows-up with Customer to ensure timely arrival of sent products and to ensure that the products are working in good condition.

Technical Support Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline technical support to customers.
  • Ensures that callers warranty is within the specified timeframe by researching the Company products serial number.
  • Log all calls into the Technical Support Database and labels the call according NTS system procedure.
  • Attends appropriate training sessions to keep updated with new software and hardware releases. Notifies the appropriate personnel with new occurrences of issues with NTS systems & IT related products.
  • Promote Company products and services while continuing with technical support with customers.
  • Follow all Company procedures and policies as required.
  • Communicate clearly to colleagues and co-workers to ensure best customer service and workmanship.
  • Complete other technical related tasks as assigned by the Technical Support Manager or Upper Management as time permits (system assembly, New Products Testing)

Inventory Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all information related to inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Receive goods into inventory and follow necessary administrative processes to ensure that Accounting Database and Inventory Database System information is accurate.
  • Ensures that inventory reports are provided to the manager as required for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Reviews reports and evaluates numbers to ensure its accuracy.

Our goal is to enable all 35,000 studenst in Fremont to pack 1,000,000 meals.

    TCV Food Bank provides emergency grocery assistance to almost 6,000 families in Alameda County every month. TCV Food Bank is a non-profit organization that provides food assistance to the residents of Alameda County. We are the largest client-direct food bank in the area. We serve up to 13,000 individuals every month through our marketplace, mobile pantry and bag lunch programs. With a staff of 6, a volunteer force of more than 1,000, and a budget that barely breaks $800,000 we are extremely efficient in distributing over 3.6 million pounds of food annually. We serve all low-income residents of Alameda County. Many of our clients come from migrant families, are under-employed, or are facing unemployment due to disability, a lack of relevant work skills, or other barriers.

    US Marine Corps Organization. The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas. This community action program took place in over 800 communities covering all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The Toys for Tots Literacy Program helped bring the gift of reading to less fortunate children across the nation and has distributed over 2 million books since the program’s inception in 2008. The UPS Store is the primary sponsor of The Toys for Tots Literacy Program and raises funds at participating locations throughout the year – to date they have raised over $5,000,000!

    UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals ranks among the nation’s best hospitals. We have placed among the top 25 children’s hospitals nationwide in seven pediatric specialties, including pediatric cancer care, gastroenterology/GI surgery, kidney care (nephrology), neonatology, neurology/neurosurgery, pulmonology/lung surgery and urology. The hospitals also received high marks in cardiology/heart surgery, diabetes/endocrinology and orthopedics. We prioritize making patients and their families feel welcome and comfortable.     UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals ranks among the nation’s best hospitals.  We have placed among the top 25 children’s hospitals nationwide in seven pediatric specialties, including pediatric cancer care, gastroenterology/GI surgery, kidney care (nephrology), neonatology, neurology/neurosurgery, pulmonology/lung surgery and urology. The hospitals also received high marks in cardiology/heart surgery, diabetes/endocrinology and orthopedics.  We prioritize making patients and their families feel welcome and comfortable. By providing amenities ranging from bedside art therapy to playrooms and family lounges, we go the extra mile to support our patients and families.

    Fresh Start Surgical Gifts is a medical charity for children that transforms the lives of disadvantaged infants, children, and teens with physical deformities caused by birth, accidents, abuse, or disease through the gift of reconstructive surgery and related healthcare services, at no cost whatsoever to patients.  Fresh Start Surgical Gifts’ comprehensive approach to healthcare goes beyond just reconstructive surgeries to treat children with deformities and other conditions – we offer a range of services to ensure that every child receives high quality, personalized care. The majority of Fresh Start Surgical Gifts’ patients participate in almost all of the medical services we offer since deformities affect multiple aspects of every patient.

    US Marine Corps Organization.  The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas.  This community action program took place in over 800 communities covering all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.  The Toys for Tots Literacy Program helped bring the gift of reading to less fortunate children across the nation and has distributed over 2 million books since the program’s inception in 2008. The UPS Store is the primary sponsor of The Toys for Tots Literacy Program and raises funds at participating locations throughout the year – to date they have raised over $5,000,000!

    A full-service healthcare program that includes medical, home care, transportation, and senior services.  On Lok offers many programs to support the needs of seniors.  Those Programs include: PACE Healthcare Program, a Senior Community Center, LGBTQ Program, Nutritional Programs, Group Exercise Classes and much more!

    LIFE ElderCare empowers the aging to live with independence AND interdependence.  We offer free, simple and important services for older adults who prefer to remain living at home. Help deliver meals, become a friendly visitor, drive an elder to the store, or get linked with an elder in your neighborhood.

    To partner with Tri-City Animal Shelter to improve the welfare of homeless, neglected, and lost animals.  Local veterinarians generously give of their time and resources to provide for the surgical needs of the shelter. Since 2013 the Friends have helped to spay or neuter over 9,000 shelter dogs and cats — an investment of more than $300,000.​

    Frosted Friends is a senior dog boarding and day care program for the public. We are located in peaceful Ramona, CA, a worthwhile jaunt from anywhere to ensure peace of mind that your senior dog is in capable, loving hands.  We are able to accommodate Frosted Friends who are 8 years old and older during your time of absence, providing them with the same dignified care that you do at home.

    SAVE engages the public by partnering with communities across the country to organize awareness events, start up new SAVE charters, and disseminate suicide prevention messaging.  One such Program is: Linking Education and Awareness for Depression and Suicide (LEADS) for Youth is a evidence-based suicide prevention curriculum designed for high schools.  LEADS for Youth is an informative and interactive program for students and teachers to increase knowledge and awareness of how to prevent suicide.

    The American Cancer Society offers programs and services to help Cancer patients and families during and after cancer treatment. Below are some of the resources we provide. We can also help you find other free or low-cost resources and programs needed to manage this cripling disease.  The American Cancer Society offers rich information and programs that assist cancer patients in all stages.

    Reading Partners is a national nonprofit that mobilizes communities to provide students with the proven, individualized reading support they need to read at grade level by fourth grade.  We empower students to become lifelong readers.  Partnering with schools and communities, we mobilize volunteers to engage in one-on-one tutoring (either in-person or online) with students who are working to boost their literacy skills.

    Boys & Girls Clubs of America is a national organization of local chapters which provide voluntary after-school programs for young people.  We never take a single approach to help kids succeed. It takes caring mentors, such as our trained Club staff. It takes a safe place, like our Clubs that are consistently there for the kids they serve. It takes innovative, quality programs designed to empower youth to excel in school and lead healthy, productive lives. We do whatever it takes to ensure all kids have a great future.

    Noble Endeavours is built on the premise that we can’t alleviate poverty without first providing long term employment opportunities for families. We know education is also vital, but it must be accompanied by employment opportunities to be effective.
    Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is a 501 non-profit organization whose mission is to “create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth”. Adult volunteers are matched with children from age 5 to young adulthood.
